Applying paints, lacquers, and coatings requires a properly equipped environment, with high-efficiency systems designed for vapor extraction, air recirculation, particle treatment, and proper waste management. These environments are dry paint cabins: they filter vapors, solvents, and volatile compounds that can endanger both worker health and environmental safety. Depending on their needs, companies can opt for small standard spray booths or fully customized setups for large components. In either case, it is crucial to choose solutions that ensure legal compliance, a comfortable workspace, and sufficient operator freedom. High-quality, long-lasting systems are the best way to protect a company’s investment. A good spray booth is also key to achieving excellent painting results: by controlling temperature, humidity, and airflow, it improves both application and drying.

Our spray booths and filtration systems
Our catalog includes GCV dry paint cabins, specifically designed to meet the needs of small businesses such as body shops and light manufacturing operations. Depending on the type of filters installed, each GCV booth can be adapted to suit a wide range of coating applications.
Beyond the GCV model, we provide spray booths for any requirement. We can supply booths with water curtain filtration, or install activated carbon filters in the required quantity to ensure air purity in painting and glazing areas.
As always, we offer both routine and specialized maintenance, along with spare parts—even for systems not originally supplied by us.
