GCL Filters

A robust structure that ensures excellent filtration with minimal maintenance requirements. Fully automatic, self-cleaning sleeve filters.

GCL series filters are an ideal solution when a reliable, durable, and versatile industrial dust filtration system is needed. They can be configured for optimal performance based on the specific needs of each facility.

These filters feature fully automated operation with a reverse-flow compressed air cleaning system.

They are built from heavy-gauge galvanized steel, press-folded and welded at the joints for exceptional durability and structural integrity.

Each unit is equipped with an electronic control system, pneumatic cleaning function, compressed air tank with quick-opening valves, and a dust collection bin.

GCL filters are available in multiple versions to suit different plant configurations and customer requirements.

The lighter particles extracted attach themselves to the outher skin of the sleeves whlist the air proceeds internally separating itself from the dust. The sleeves are supported by a metal basket with cones fitted on top.

All components are securely fixed on a tube table of adequate thickness using bolts and seals to avoid any short air circuit.

The tubes for pneumatic cleaning are housed above the sleeves. These are attached to quick-opening valves mounted on the compressed-air tank. The sequential opening of valves is controlled by an electronic panel, adjustable for operating and pause times to optimize compressed-air use.

Air consumption depends on the number and size of the filter bags.

The GCL series filters are usually installed outside the building and then linked to the capture areas (work areas) by rigid galvanized zinc pipes.
The work areas can be:

• Work benches
• Flexible extraction hoods
• Hoods fixed at the extraction point.
• Localised extraction points in general.

The filter is then connected, via the rigid galvanised zinc piping, to the elecro-ventilator to achieve passive resistance.

The filtered air is then released according to the norms currently in force.

These GCL series filters can be equipped with several accessories and particulars, among which: specifically:

• Rotary non return valve for continuous dust discharge
• Pressure gauges and differential status indicators showing the usage of the sleeves / cartridges and any anomalies with the automatic self cleaning system
