GCV Spray Booth

A modular Dry Paint Booth with easy maintenance, offering efficient filtration. Suitable for continuous painting of even large components.

Giannozzi’s Dry Paint Cabins are designed and built for versatility, modularity, and efficiency. They are entirely made of galvanized  zinc panels bolted together; side panels and dividers are load-bearing. The front spray face is fitted with channels to fit filters and is ready to take a two stagre filter.

A centrifugal fan is fitted to the roof.  The booths can be supplied in a range from 1 to 6 meters wide and 2.25 meters high, with optional extended side walls and roof to optimize airflow capture at 1 meter from the suction front.

GCV spray booths are ideal for continuous painting of large components and come with high-efficiency reverse-blade fans.

The structure is made of thick galvanized steel, folded and welded at the joints.

GCV booths come standard with a light, paper filter, and fiberglass filter stage.

The roof-mounted extractor creates negative pressure that forces an airflow through the filters. This airflow captures paint particles suspended in the air without any dispersion into the environment.

The first filtration stage captures larger paint granules, while the fiberglass stage captures the finer particles; the air that has been cleaned of solid pigments is extracted by the fan.

GCV dry paint / spray cabins can be equipped with a variety of accessories and features, including:

• Differential pressure gauge
• Activated carbon post filtering
• Sealed and Flashproof light
• Thermal switch or electrical switchboard Flashproof motor
• Ducts in galvanized zinc for air intake or extraction.
